Payment and Charges
Payment for products and services on our website can be made electronically with a MasterCard, Discover, Visa credit or debit card. Your card will be authorized upon completion of a shopping transaction and charged upon shipment of your order. Shipping & Delivery:
At this time, Gourmet Doggie Diner ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Gourmet Doggie Diner ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. All orders are shipped using FedEx. Frozen orders will ship Monday - Thursday and non-frozen orders Monday - Friday.

Shipment Tracking
You may track your order using the "My Account" portion of the website and logging in with your account information.

Ownership of Purchased Items
Most of our products are perishable. We are not liable for delayed, damaged, or spoiled goods in transit. Ownership of the purchased item transfers to the purchaser once the order has been shipped out. If you believe your purchase has been delayed, damaged or has spoiled in transit, please contact Federal Express.

Cancelled Orders: We often process orders the same day or within 24 hours or your order. If you request to cancel an order that has been boxed and is waiting for pickup by the delivery service, we will refund your order less 15% of the product price as a restocking fee.

Sales Tax:
Gourmet Doggie Diner charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
