Order Fulfillment
Gourmet Doggie Diner ships orders within two
business days, although most orders will ship same day.
Shipping Frozen Foods
All homemade food and treats are shipped frozen in a
styrofoam cooler or styrofoam lined box for large orders. Whenever
possible we keep your food frozen with eco-friendly gel ice packs
vs. dry ice. All frozen homemade food and treat orders must be shipped using FedEx Overnight
or the fastest service available in your area.
Orders will be shipped Monday -
Thursday (except holidays) for next day shipping or Monday -
Wednesday for second day shipping.
Shipping RAW Foods and Bones
All raw food and bones are shipped in a styrofoam
cooler or styrofoam lined box for large orders with dry ice. This is
the only way to keep the food frozen. A $15 surcharge will be added
to all raw orders to cover the dry ice and cooler. You may
choose a FedEx second or third day shipping option. Orders will be
shipped Monday-Tuesday (except holidays).
ATTENTION:
Due to changes in FedEx
policy, FedEx no longer require a
signature at time of delivery on
residential orders.
Please make
arrangements for your frozen
food to be delivered at a
location someone can accept it
so it is not left out in the
sun. If this is not
possible, please leave a note for
the delivery person indicating where
to leave your package. The food only
stays frozen for up to 3 days from
shipment, if it left in the hot sun,
there is a possibility it will begin
to thaw. Gourmet Doggie Diner
cannot be responsible
for products defrosted from
being left outside.
Shipping Methods
FedEx Home Delivery
Delivery in 1–5 business days.
FedEx does not require a signature
at time of delivery on residential
orders. You may want to leave a note
indicating where the delivery person
should leave your package in the
event that no one is home when the
delivery is made.
FedEx Ground
Delivery in 1–5 business days to
a business address only.
FedEx 3Day
Delivery in 3 business days by
4:30pm to most areas (by 7pm to
residences).
FedEx 2Day
Delivery in 2 business days by
4:30pm to most areas (by 7pm to
residences).
FedEx Overnight Standard
Delivery the next business day
by 3pm to most areas.
FedEx Priority Priority
Delivery the next business day
by 10:30am to most areas.
